RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is at the heart of our commitment. That’s why you have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund.


1. Easy Return in 4 Steps

  • Fill out a short return form (we’ll send it to you by email)

  • Prepare the product in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging

  • Send the package to the indicated address. Once received and verified, we’ll process the refund


2. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals must be included

  • The product must not have been modified, repaired, or altered

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product


3. Refund

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
The processing time may vary depending on your bank, but we commit to issuing the refund within a maximum of 14 days after the return is validated.


4. Right of Withdrawal

You have 90 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification required.
This right is exercised by completing our withdrawal form.


5. Legal Guarantees

Conformity Guarantee
You benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for 2 years from delivery.
In case of defect, you may request repair or replacement. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.

Hidden Defects Guarantee
In case of a hidden defect rendering the product unfit for use, you may request a partial or full refund within 2 years of discovering the defect.


6. Defective or Non-Conforming Product Received

In this case, contact our customer service immediately, attaching photos.
We will assist you with the replacement or refund process, at no cost to you.


7. Delivery Delays

Delays due to external factors (strikes, carriers, weather incidents) may occur.
No refund will be made until the carrier confirms the loss or return of the parcel.
We recommend tracking your parcel using the provided tracking number and contacting us in case of any issue.
